Hi everyone,

I'm so glad I found this. It'll be nice to be able to talk to people about anime and manga who aren't across the pond. I also hope to be able to find, or set up, a cosplay group (cosplaying by yourself isn't as much fun)

As you can probably tell from my username, my name is Rachel. I'm 21 and I'm a nursing student in Nottingham. I consider myself an anime/manga beginner really. I only started looking at it properly last year. At the moment, my current manga obsessions are Ouran High School Host Club and Kuroshitsuji. I also like Soul Eater and I'm trying to get into Full Metal Alchemist and Fruits Basket.

I look forward to going to a meet up, if I don't get too shy!
