Its a channel put out by the NHK in english and certainly probably worth a look if you are interested in Japan.

I'd recommend the 500k link, works well with no drop outs and is way better quality than the other two. You need to install silverlight (MS equiv of flash) but its dead easy and just works, you don't even need to reload the browser! (refresh the page)

Currently watching a show called J-Melo about Japanese music.
