This topic popped into my head this morning after reading an article on the eventual decline of the fansub scene with the advent of legal streaming media.

It made me think, how will this effect namsoc in the coming years?
Like any society, we are fairly dependent on the subs for the new stuff, but thankfully have the backup from the distro's for licenced anime too.

While its going to take many years for the sub scene to die (if at all), how do the members feel about having their showings choices restricted more to what's available in the UK (and US to a certain extent)?
